I would like to know , too.
No I don't sorry.
Local lots nearby. Nice scenery anywhere you go.
There's street parking, just not a lot. It's off M street. Recommend parking in the neighborhood above it, no payment.
Maybe. It's all about timing.
No raw bar at Clyde's. Go to Old Ebbitt Grill. Not sure about HH on Sundays.
Nice place and even though for restaurant week they reduce the size of the food to make you think you’re getting a deal, still is tasty food 🥘
Amazing staff, service and food! If you are in Georgetown and need a good breakfast then give them a try! The decide feels very old world European, the portions are easy to share, and they serve the best coffee cake I've ever had. I never liked coffee cake until this place.
Great spot for a DELICIOUS gluten free burger. Very cozy, friendly staff, good music. All around highly recommended.
It's fine. Good bar/pub food. But, not exactly a foodie experience. Atmosphere was alright with knick-knacks all over, and staff was above average, so something to be said for that.
A historical restaurant bar that has been around since 1963. It's a classic and classy place set in its traditions. A fantastic drink menu accompanies a great food menu. A place where you would feel just as comfortable alone or with a group of friends.
Good food! Healthy options. The staff are very nice. It was very busy on a Saturday afternoon, I recommend making a reservation. They pack a lot of people in. The dining rooms are loud.
This location gives Clyde’s a bad name! First of all we came in for lunch and the hostess Ashley was on her phone and completely ignored the fact that 4 ppl were standing in front of her. She was so rude and kept rolling her eyes. We sat down and they ruined our order 3 times in a row. We ordered a Kids cheeseburger for my niece and we asked for well done and the burger came out completely rare, then they take it back and bring it back the cheeseburger was completely burned and the bread was black from being burned. We asked for no bacon on our chicken sandwich and the sandwich came with bacon, stains on the glasses and floor was dirty. Ashley and the food completely ruined our lunch! Im a director for HR and I wanted to have some of our lunch business meetings here and after my experience I’ll be taking my business somewhere else!
Oh my gosh we absolutely enjoyed ourselves at this restaurant/ bar. while waiting for our table we enjoyed the company of the bartender she was absolutely terrific. once our table was ready for dinner we were extremely surprised at how yummy the food was my husband had the lobster dinner and I have the lobster shepherd's pie. If we get a chance to visit Washington DC again we will be stopping in to enjoy more of this terrific restaurants offerings.
Very nice atmosphere. Good food. We tasted the Cedar river farms NY strip, tender and juicy, really well cooked and presented and the delicious apple pie. Quite wide selection of wines, beers and whiskies. We ordered a bottle of Côtes du Rhône, fruity and spicy as expected. Friendly and attentive service.
Amazing brunch. The Chesapeake Benny is incredible. The ambiance is wonderful. Staff is great and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this establishment.
Nice spot in george town. Very famous and for a very good reason.
Simply fantastic. Clyde’s spoilt its customers on its reopening (COVID season) with half price on the entire menu. Even if it weren’t for the significant reduction in prices, tonight’s experience warrants a 5 stars - waitress was attentive and friendly, ambience was a soft jazz making conversations flowing, and the reduced menu assured that each dish ordered were of top quality and flavor. Thank you, Clyde’s Georgetown, for a splendid birthday dinner!
We sat at the back bar and ate a lovely lunch of sliders, salads, and bloody Mary's!! The bartender was the sweetest and nicest!!! It was a great time.
This place was awesome. I ate here with a friend last week, we had the steak with parm truffle fries. Delicious. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable. All around great experience. I will be coming back very soon!
The crab sandwich was amazing. Best crab cake in DC by far! Chef is doing a great job!!! Food came out very quickly.Side note: Luca was such an awesome server! Always ready at a moment's notice to give us more water and bread.
We sat at the bar and Hayner made the best drinks ever! Go see him cute guy with beautiful eyes and great service. He definitely work Saturdays.
Friendly service and rich ambience. Good food and fresh. Fair prices. Center of Georgetown.
Delicious food and great service! The restaurant was notably stinky. Could have been an off day, but it smelled like urine the entire time we were there.
Thoroughly enjoyed the lobster - washed down with an excellent bottle of California Chardonnay (1/2 price on Sunday!) What's not to like. Zucchini chips made a great starter and a chocolate brownie sundae to share rounded things off beautifully. Great service as well. Highly recommended.
The ambiance is phenomenal. I got a table in the back; its unexpected how roomy and beautiful it is! The swordfish is delicious, I'd give it a 4 out if 5. I literally only ordered it for the bragging rights hahaThe server was dope, the food came to us efficiently. I'm happy. Will come again!
Great service, great bar knowledge, and I got a tour.
Both Clyde's of Columbia and Clyde's of Georgetown exceeded expectations. Wonderful service. Comfortable atmosphere. Outstanding food choices. Very consistent company.
Enjoyed the catfish sandwich and the side salad with peach vinaigrette was fantastic. My wife had the crab cakes as an entree and enjoyed them. Server, Kevin was very friendly and personable and took care of us. Neat setting and popular restaurant in Georgetown.
A group of 6 of us had a combination of brunch and lunch at Clydes of Georgetown. It was my first time dining there. We all chose something different and we all loved our choices. Food was excellent and the service was great. Highly recommend it.
Incredibly charming Georgetown restaurant. Excellent service with good food & drinks.
I visited the place while traveling for a conference. Excellent food and wine. Exceptional stuff and atmosphere.
Was back here yesterday. Fried chicken sandwich was awesome and the service was world class. Highly recommended.
We recently visited DC and did a ghost tour the very last night but wanted to end the trip with a nice restaurant. We decided to make reservations at Clydes and we are so glad we did. Seating was comfortable, staff was friendly, drinks were great, food was delicious and dessert was good as well! Highly recommend giving this place a try while you’re out and about on your DC trip!
This place was an absolute delight! 5 friends and I went here for a late brunch. Every single dish was tasty. The place is classy. We loved the service by our waiter TOM! He brought us some kind of coffee cake as an appetizer; it was soo good! I will totally come back here, probably for drinks at the bar, which looked pretty cozy.
I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant and the experience. From the hostess, to the wait staff to the manager — everyone was delightful. The food was delish!!! Order the creamy crab soup, you won't be disappointed. My mouth is still watering. I'm looking forward to going back.
Loved my experience here. Ate dinner here on a Saturday night. We received great service and great food. The staff was attentive and friendly. Our food came out quickly and was just as we ordered. They have an extensive wine menu and there is definitely something for everyone. Can't wait to come back when I am in town next!
Food was good. I had the French Dip sandwich with fries. It also came with a dill pickle slice. The service was good, as well.
Love the ambience of the place. I’ve been to other Clyde and the crowd/environment here is the best of the three I’ve been to. The food and drink were great. Definitely will come back for another visit.
Good American food menu but even better atmosphere. Centrally located on M Street which makes the restaurant even more attractive.
Excellent service, great atmosphere. Food choices are interesting and delicious. Staff is pleasant, attentive and accommodating. Fun place to sit and have a drink. Highly recommend experiencing such a wonderful place!
Cool Georgetown bar/restaurant. It had a lot of atmosphere to it, the waiters were knowledgeable and the food was tasty. We had the artichoke crab dip, sliders, a cheese burger and the fried chicken bowl. They were all good.
Lovely place for brunch, the tables in the back room are very close you feel like your on top of each other. The drinks are good and the food is good.
Amazing!! Food was great. Love the ambiance. Service was outstanding. Definitely coming back.
Highly recommend! Love this place! I will say this is one of the best if not the best place to go in Georgetown!
Good food. Good service. Not impressed with the menu
One of the only places open late on Georgetown. Food is very good. They have a late night menu as well.
The cheese burger and the spicy fried chicken were phenomenal. Went twice during my stay in Washington. Definitely recommend.
What’s with being so rushed these days? Had dinner there last Friday around 7pm (1/17/20). We were seated all the way back near the mirror by the small couples’ tables. The location was fine with us.The waitress (very young) tried to clear my dinner plate before I was done. She did the same thing with the couple seated next to us. She also came every few minutes throughout the meal. It created a very rushed atmosphere. All the tables behind us in the middle of the room were available. I wished management would tell wait staff that it’s very bad etiquette to take away the dinner plate while one is still eating especially while the other guest is also still eating. I didn’t expected at. And perhaps give the guest (especially couples) at least 10 minutes of privacy. We would have liked to stay for dessert but way too stressful.
Just stopped in for a quick beer on this visit but it gave me every reason to return.Great classic pub ambiance with a nice kind dark wood bar . Our service was extremely friendly and prompt and we sat at a nice window seat and watched the world go by .
Absolutely delicious food. Perfect service, really nice place to eat. Recommend to everybody! One of my best restaurant in my life. Thank you so much for nice time. Big choice of food and everything is absolutely excellent. I will definitely go back.
Overall great dining experience. -The service was great, Matt was our waiter. -The environment is comfortable, like a country club environment. -It’s a very popular restaurant, there were a lot of people in it. It was a good vibe in there. -The food was on point, delicious!-The bathrooms were clean and well done. -The location is easy to get to and in a vibrant part of Georgetown. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant to others.
Such great atmosphere! The food is good too. If I could get their selection of oysters at this location, I'd come on a regular basis.
Great bar in the back, as there are two bars, obviously one in front. Locals and tourists. Food was a great value! Beer also!
The staff was amazingly polite and the food was even better, so worth to come here.
Ordered a cheeseburger, the patty was nice and smokey. The bun was good. Lettuce and tomato came on the side and were crisp and fresh. But there was no ketchup or mustard or any other condiments that came with it. The fries were decent but unimpressive.
